Under the conventions of the Data Protection Act 2018
Hot Property Residential Management Limited shall be responsible for, and will demonstrate compliance with these principles.
Data will be:
- collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purpose.
- only held with consent, this must be informed consent and be an ‘opt in’ rather than occur by default.
- processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
- and not further processed in a manner that is incompatible to it’s purpose.
- adequate, relevant and limited to the purpose for which it was collected.
- accurate & kept up to date.
- every reasonable step will be taken to ensure that inaccurate date is erased or rectified straight away.
- not kept for longer than is necessary.
- kept securely and not accidently lost, destroyed or damaged.
